Dr. Min Tan (谭旻) received his B.E., M.Phil., and Ph.D. degree from the Huazhong University of Science and Technology, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong University of Science and Technology, respectively. He joined the School of Optical and Electronic Information of the Huazhong University of Science and Technology in 2016 as a professor and Ph.D. supervisor.
